The RiverChase in South Bay is the kind of place you’d want to stay in for the summer.
It’s a cozy, modern apartment building in the middle of an urban park, complete with lush green lawns and a rooftop pool.
And there are lots of other things to do on the property, too.
The property includes two restaurants, a fitness center, a yoga studio, a community center and a park.
It also has a beautiful view of the Bay.
“We really have a lot of space in our building,” said Sarah Luebke, a real estate agent who works at Galleria Properties, which bought the building for $5 million in June.
“You can get out and have lunch, go to the gym, have some family time, get to know your neighbors, get some exercise, or just hang out with your family.”
So when the RiverChases is going up for auction, it’s likely to be for the better part of the property.
“It’s going to be a very large property,” said Galleria president and CEO Scott Geddis.
“The amount of space is huge.”
The Galleria is trying to sell its second property, RiverChasen, for $2.3 million.
That’s down from the original asking price of $3.7 million.
It’ll be on the market for the next three months.
There are a lot more things to come on the River Chases.
“If we can do well in the market, we’re going to take our time,” Geddins said.
But he said the River chases were always going to have a long history.
The River Chase is one of the largest real estate development projects in the city.
It includes a number of smaller buildings on the Galleria property.
It was built in 1949, at the peak of the Great Depression, when a large swath of the South Bay was under water.
It now is one the city’s top residential developments, and it’s also one of its oldest.
It opened in 1959, when it had just one bedroom.
Now, it has more than 4,000 units.
It has more condos than apartments.
The original RiverChasers home is now on display in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park.
The river is running through it.
It makes it look so much more beautiful than it is.
The city is still debating what to do with the River Chase.
The Galleries, however, is not.
They have plans to redevelop it and turn it into a mixed-use development with retail, offices and a large parking garage.
The development would include 1,500 apartments.
It would also include the River, a riverwalk along the San Francisco Bay.
It could be the most beautiful part of San Francisco.
“I’ve lived here since I was 10 years old,” said Lueba, a resident of the River.
“When I got here, I thought, ‘Oh, this is where my parents live.'”
Luebachke said that when the first RiverChasing was built, there were no other developments in the neighborhood.
Now there are a number, but none on the river.
“Our neighborhood is really great,” she said.
“But it’s still the River.”
In the meantime, the riverwalk has turned into a place to grab a bite to eat.
There is a food truck that goes every Sunday.
Lueberts friends and neighbors go out to lunch.
The parking garage is full of cars and vans.
There’s a new bridge that is going to connect the property to the Bay Bridge.
There has been construction on the second and third units.
Luesbke said the city has asked for a permit to put the new bridge up.
The developers plan to open the new property up in the fall.
